What runs on top of the build price
The build is one payment. Two things carry on afterwards, and I would rather you hear the numbers now than find them on a bill.
- WhatsApp conversation charges. Meta charges per conversation, and the rate depends on whether your customer started it or you did. For a small business this usually lands in the low thousands of rupees a month, but it scales with volume. During the audit I work it out from your actual message counts.
- Hosting, if the build needs it. Most workflow automations run on services with a free tier at small volumes. Where a paid plan is genuinely needed, I tell you the figure before we start.
Both of these are billed to your own accounts, not mine. You hold the Meta account and the hosting, in your business's name. If we ever part ways, nothing switches off and you are not waiting on me to release anything.
How payment works
- Audit: paid up front. It is credited in full if you commission a build.
- Builds: half to start, half on handover once it is running and you have seen it work.
- After the 30 days: changes are quoted individually. There is no monthly fee to me unless you specifically want ongoing support.
These are starting terms for early clients. If your situation genuinely doesn't fit them, say so on the first call and we will work something out.
What I will tell you not to automate
Some things should stay manual. Work that happens twice a month, judgement calls that carry real consequences, and processes nobody has agreed on yet — automating those costs more than it saves and tends to break in ways that are hard to see.
If the audit finds your biggest time drain is not worth automating, that is what the report will say. You keep the process map either way, and I would rather lose the build than sell you something that quietly makes things worse.
Questions people ask first
Will this get my WhatsApp number banned?+
Not the way I build it. I use the official WhatsApp Business API through a Meta-approved provider. Plenty of cheaper automation runs on unofficial tools that scrape or spoof the app — those get numbers banned, and when your business runs on that number, that is not a small problem. If someone quotes you far less, this is usually why.
Do I need to change the tools we already use?+
Usually not. Most businesses here run on WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and maybe one accounting package. That is normally enough to automate against. I would rather wire up what your team already knows than sell you a migration you did not ask for.
Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?+
Some of it uses language models — reading a messy invoice, understanding an order written in Roman Urdu, drafting a reply. Plenty of it does not need AI at all and should not use it. The audit tells you which is which. Anything that has to be exactly right every time gets built on rules, not a model's best guess.
What if it breaks after you have handed it over?+
Thirty days of fixes are included after launch. After that you can hire me for changes as you need them, or your own team can maintain it — the documentation and the accounts are yours, in your name, not locked inside my agency account.
How long does it actually take?+
The audit is one week. A WhatsApp bot is usually two to three weeks from go-ahead to live. A single back-office workflow is often quicker. The delay is almost never the building — it is waiting on access to an account, or on someone to confirm how the process really works.
Can you work with a business outside Pakistan?+
Yes. I work with businesses across the Gulf on the same terms, and the time difference is small enough that it makes no practical difference. Pricing for international work is quoted in USD.
